Our All-Inclusives 

Bookings must be accompanied by a 20% deposit.

Reservations are handled in accordance with Austrian Hotel Contracting Guidelines, excepted cancellation guidelines:

Cancellations only valid in writing!
There is no penalty associated with cancellations received more than 60 days in advance of arrival. From 60 days to 1 day prior to arrival, we charge 70% of the booking price. In the event of delayed arrival or premature departure, we will be obliged to charge 90% of the cost of the stay in the event we are unable to rent the room out to other guests. No-show is going to be charged with 100% of the cost of the stay.

Holiday cancellation insurance saves you having to worry about unnecessary costs associated with unforeseen events. We recommend purchasing "Holiday Cancellation - Plus" insurance, which you can also book online: Here you can easily calculate and buy your premium online

Check-In and Check-Out 
The earliest you will be able to check into your room will be 3 p.m. Please vacate your room on departure day by 10 a.m.

Bathrobes are provided for you in your room.

Safe 
The safe is located in your wardrobe. use of the safe is included in your room price.

Animals
We ask that you notify us of your intent to bring animals at the same time you place your booking. Please only bring small pets.
Price per day is € 10, food not included. Your four-legged friend is not permitted in the dining room or lounge areas.
