Information on handling Covid-19

Dear guests,

due to the situation with the corona virus we would like to assure you that all new and existing bookings for a stay until 01.11.2021 can be cancelled free of charge until 14 days before arrival without giving reasons. If a journey or a stay is not possible due to restrictions caused by the Corona virus, we guarantee a free cancellation until the day of arrival.

In concrete terms this means for you in case of cancellation:

• Up to 14 days before arrival free of charge
• 13 to 7 days before arrival 70% cancellation fee from the tour price
• From 6 days and in case of no-show 90% cancellation fee of the travel price

In case of cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival, we guarantee our guests NO CANCELLATION FEE if one of the following is present:
- the booked hotel is located in a municipality of the Schladming-Dachstein Region, which has been officially closed or the booked hotel is officially closed for the booked stay.
- the border to or from Austria or an adjacent neighboring country has been closed and an entry for holiday purposes is no longer possible.
- you or persons living in the same household have been tested positive for Corona at the time of the planned start of the vacation (medical certificate must not be older than 48 hours) or the officially prescribed quarantine has not yet ended at the time of arrival. In this case, you are obliged to provide the landlord with the relevant document as proof.

So you can already book your planned vacation without risk despite the uncertainty.
